Order Processing

All orders are processed within 5–7 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) after your purchase has been confirmed. Once processed, your order will be shipped to the address provided at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery times may vary depending on your location:

  • Domestic Orders: Typically arrive within 7–15 business days after processing.

  • International Orders: Delivery times depend on customs clearance and local postal services.

Please note: All shipping timelines are estimates. Because our products are handmade in small batches, minor delays may occur due to demand or availability.

We may hold shipping during periods of extreme heat to help protect the quality of our all-natural products.

 

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email with your tracking number to monitor your shipment’s progress.


International Customers: Import taxes, customs duties, and fees may apply when your package reaches your country. These charges are not included in the shipping cost and are the buyer’s responsibility.

 

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight, destination, and shipping method. Deliveries to remote areas may take longer.

 

Damaged or Missing Packages

Once a package is marked “delivered,” we are no longer responsible for its handling. If your package is damaged or missing, you must first file a claim with the shipping carrier as they are responsible once the package leaves our facility. After filing, if you still need support, you may contact us for additional assistance.

 

Important Delivery Notes

  • Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. This includes any apartment, unit, or suite numbers.

  • If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you will be responsible for reshipping costs.

  • Holidays or high order volume

  • Local disturbances or unforeseen circumstances
