I love the moisture shock hair butter love i the way it feels light smooth dissolves quickly and it’s not thick and heavy. I have made my own hair butter from scratch and mine came out the same has yours. The texture and feel is the same soft and fluffy feeling. You don’t have change anything it’s great just the way it is.
It arrived mostly melted. Most of the cream was in the protection bag
that it was mailed in. I placed it in the fridge to save a little of it. Maybe you could come up with away to mail it and keep it cool. I still think this product is great. I gave it a 3 because I want get to use all the product, that I paid for.
The moisture shock butter is a phenomenal product! I'm definitely happy I purchased two because I would've been upset with just one...I used it all 🙃. Between the growth and thicken paste and moisture shock I'm hooked. Thank you for these products that are made with love and intention. I'm loving the moisture shock. I use it after I mist and apply the Kerry Berry oil. It's GREAT for my twist outs and keeps my hair from drying out. I have very dry frizzy hair but since I've use moisture shock no frizzy no dryness. It's very light and you only need to use a lil' bit. Kerry Berry knocked it out the park with this one ☺
I love it. I have LOW POROSITY hair. So of course I used it as a leave in. I washed my hair put some light weight oils in it and used it. My hair was so wavy and supple and bouncy. Loved it. I just ordered another one. ☺️

My hair is 4C, thick and coarse. It has the tendency to get dry and I've noticed split or frayed ends. I've been looking for something that would help my hair hold moisture and I've found it! I ordered the smaller size to try it out and have recently, reordered the larger size. This product is thick, creamy and rich. I goes on smooth and blends into my hair like butter! It actually brings out my curly pattern, before I even twist it. I love this product and will continue to order. By the way, my hair stays moisturized for DAYS, I'm definitely buying again.
My hair use to be so fuzzy after I wash and dry my hair. I’ve learned that you have to keep your hair moisturized and this is the item to use. I love it and will be reordering soon.
My hair was rough and breaking off really bad but the week I started was the hair butter I started seeing how soft it was becoming and how when I comb thru it it’s not breaking off as much anymore until it became none at all I love it!!!!!

I brought this product for my daughter because her hair was alway dry no matter what I was using but since I start you this omg her is is never dry and I love the way it makes her hair so moisturizing and I also use it wilt the oil as well and both of them together is so bomb it’s a must buy
I love this product so much. Highly recommended for starter locs. The consistency is perfect. Smells so good and if you have high porosity this product is for you.
Very very good! I love it and will buy more. It is very moisturizing and you will not need another product when using this except for may water spray if doing your hair dry.
If you want to pay for a product then have NO communication from the vendor you purchased from give your hard-earned money to this 'business'.
The product is just as piss poor. Organigrow is better and they're responsive because they care about customer experience, not the grift.
