So I decided when my children started school that i would go back to working out. Weeelllll it's the start of the new school year and so said so done. I went running at the park oh God the pain of going back the 1st few days. Six freaking miles completed 😥😥😥 Today the pain was not bad so that means I'm getting better. Oh yeah due to all the pain I was feeling the prior days i soak in epsom salt when i get home for at least 20 minutes.
Breakfast today was a packet from Dole crafted smoothie blends strawberry watermelon with chia seeds, goji berries, almond milk and Raw vegan strawberry protein by Plant Head. Maaaannnn listen that shake was the bomb.com. I enjoyed every bit of it. Getting these packets saved time from searching for what to put in my drink. It's basically an open pack and put it in the blender experience. I would suggest people who are having trouble making smoothies to purchase the Dole or Welches packets and all you have to do is add a little green to it.
